This tutorial is written for those who have a working knowledge of psp
It was written in Psp x2
it can be done in earlier versions

Pattern if you have pspx2 you will have it
if not it's in the Zip file
extract it to your psp Patterns




Ok Let's get Started.


1. open a new image 833 by 527
don't worry about the size we will resize later
flood fill with white

2.Add a new layer
on your foreground change to pattern
locate your pattern angle 0 scale 19.
flood fill
on your layer pallet change the mode to Luminance L

3. add a new layer selection select all
selections modify contract by 20
flood fill with your gold pattern angle 0 scale 100.
selections modify by 4
do not deselect--- add new layer.
activate your London eye edit copy on your working image
edit paste into selection select none.
layers merge visible

4. activate your card edit paste as a new layer.
add new layer
use your selection tool rectangle draw out just below the top gold border
on the card like below

activate your xmas decoration edit copy and paste as a new layer
click on your card layer
selections invert go to your xmas decoration and on the keypad delete
select none.

5. on your card layer add a new layer

grab your selection tool again and on the second gold line draw around it like below

activate your London eye pic again
edit copy on your working image edit paste into selection.
select none
on your London eye layer reduce the opacity to 89.
hide your merged layer. merge visible.
give your card a drop shadow V 1 h-1 opacity 78 blur 3.
Move your card to the left slightly and resize by 96.

10.Activate you Champaign bottle edit copy and paste
as a new layer on your working image.
place it at the side of the card,
Activate your watch edit copy and paste as a new layer
just above your merged layer 1
activate your bow edit copy and paste as new layer
free rotate 25 perc left
place it at the top of your card.
add your tube
give all your elements a drop shadow as above or your own choice.
11. add your text Happy New Year and 2008
I am using the font ronaldo size 48 for the Happy new year
and size 52 for the 2008.
add your name and copyright, watermark.

12. Activate your frame and paste as new layer
Layers merge visible.
resize to your choice.
You are done
