(the ones you are looking for are on page 12) you can make your own or use mine




Ok Let's get Started.


1. Open a new image 600 by 450
Flood fill with white.
Open your winter scene edit copy edit paste as a new layer on your working image
Adjust blur gaussian blur radius 30. layers merge visible
minamize for now.

2. Open your frame shift d and close the original.
go to your flood fill tool and use colour changer I used #2e5c90
use a colour that suits your winter scene
click on the white of the frame and flood fill it
grab your magic wand click inside the frame selections modify expand by 8
add a new layer flood fill with a gold gradient selections modify contract 8 hit your delet key.
do not Deselct add a new layer flood fill with white.
activate your winter scene edit copy edit paste as a new layer on your working image
highlight your frame layer selections invert back to your winter scene layer and hit the delete key
Select none.
have your white fill and winter scene below your frame
Layers merge visible

3.Activate your minamised image
on your frame image edit copy edit paste as new layer on your working image.
resize by 72%
add a drop shadow Horz 1 vert -1 opacity 40 blur 6
and place it in place see tag for reference

4.Activate your bells and place at the top left corner of your frame
open your bow edit copy edit paste as a new layer on your working image and place on top of the bells
activate your icebucket highlight it's layer edit copy and paste as a new layer
on your working image resize by 48% place it a the bottom left corner on your frame
on your ice bucket supplies on the goblet layer edit copy edit paste as a new layer
on your working image dupliacte rotate the bottom goblet by 10%
place them just below your ice bucket

5.Back to your ice bucket supplies highlight your champaign bottle edit copy
edit paste as a new layer on your working image
activate your large goblet edit copy edit paste on your working image
place it at the right hand side.
open your tube and place it on top of the goblet as if she is sitting on it
open your hat and party blower place them in place look at tag for reference
add a drop shadow to all your tubes the same as before.

6.Go to your bottle layer add your text size 10 foreground none background #514b2d I am using the font segoe UI type Chateau your name and 2008 do them as seperate layers
place them on the label of the bottle give them a drop shadow like before
add your copyright and watermark.
change the font size to 30 stroke 1 foreground to a metalic gradient
and background to a gold gradient direction vertical right
Type Happy convert to raster layer add a drop shadow. text horizontal down type New year. convert to raster layer add a drop shadow
open your balloons and place around the New Year or a choice of your own. Layers merge visible
